Shipping information

We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we aim to dispatch orders within 35 business days. (We'd arrange to ship in two working days if we have stock.）However, please note that during, major holidays and special events the couriers may experience delays.

PLEASE NOTE: The courier is always responsible for delivering the package. If a package is considered delivered by courier and has not been received by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to proceed with the necessary methods to ensure that the merchandise is delivered correctly.

Order processing time: 1 to 35 working days
Shipping times: 7/14 working days by express or air
Each order is traceable via a tracking number.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will retry a second delivery the next working day, if you are also absent on the second day please contact us joey@hhbright.com
